# Engagement Settings

> Enable or disable commenting, and switch between Manual and Auto commenting mode — from one place.

# Engagement Settings

Engagement Settings controls **commenting automation** and engagement preferences for your LinkedIn account.

## Commenting switch

The **Commenting** toggle enables or disables commenting on posts entirely. When OFF, GrowReach will not comment on your behalf.

## Commenting Mode

Choose how comments are posted:

| Mode       | Behavior                                                                     |
| ---------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Manual** | The tool suggests comments, but you must approve each one before it's posted |
| **Auto**   | Comments are posted automatically without requiring your approval            |

1. Go to **Engagement Settings**.
2. Toggle **Commenting** ON (you must enable commenting for modes to apply).
3. Select **Manual** or **Auto**.
4. Click **Save**.

  You also pick your mode first-time during onboarding (Choose Commenting Mode step). This page is where you change it later.
