GrowReach runs on a monthly credit allowance included in your plan. Every AI action — generating a comment, analyzing a prospect, boosting a post — consumes credits. If you run low, top up with add-on credit packs. ## Do my credits roll over to the next month? No — monthly credits renew each month and do not roll over, so plan your commenting and lead volume accordingly. If you need more headroom in a given month, add-on credit packs are available. ## What happens when I hit my monthly credit limit? Your monthly credits reset each month. If you need more, top up in billing — credits are available as add-on packs, and extra accounts and seats are available as add-ons too. Credits are what the AI uses for commenting and lead capture — no surprise per-message fees. ## What's the difference between my prospects and my monthly credits? Prospects are the leads your agent captures and stores from LinkedIn engagements — your pipeline pool. Credits are the monthly capacity your agent uses to actually engage (comments, follow-ups, lead actions). Manual actions don't consume credits. ## Can I delete contacts to refresh my limit, or combine accounts for more capacity? No need to delete anything — your monthly credit allowance refreshes automatically each month. If you need more capacity, top up credits or move up a tier. Accounts can't be combined to pool limits; each tier has its own allowance. ## How many LinkedIn accounts can I connect? It depends on your tier: Starter 1, Serious 1, Committed 1. Need more? Extra accounts are available as an add-on. ## Can I connect more than one LinkedIn account? Each plan includes a set number of LinkedIn accounts. Additional accounts beyond your tier are available as an add-on. Accounts are activated as you need them — no need to fill all slots on day one. ## How do seats and team management work? Seats let your whole team run commenting and leads under one license. Need more? Extra seats are available as an add-on. ## If I use GrowReach on multiple devices, does that count as multiple seats? One seat per account — devices don't multiply seats. Your monthly credit pool is shared across all seats in your account. ## Can I run separate businesses or clients in separate workspaces? Yes — each connected LinkedIn account operates as its own workspace with its own topics, prospects, and settings, so you can run multiple businesses or clients side by side and switch between them easily. ## Is the deal good value vs. monthly SaaS? GrowReach's monthly SaaS starts at $19/month. A lifetime license (from $99) pays for itself in a few months, and your monthly credits renew every month. No — GrowReach runs its AI on its own infrastructure, so there are no API keys to manage and no per-use billing surprises. You just use your monthly credits and top up with add-ons when you need more. ## Do I need a separate AI subscription to use GrowReach? No. GrowReach runs on its own AI infrastructure — there's no external subscription to set up and no per-use charges. Your monthly credits go to actual lead generation, not model bills. ## Is my data private? Do you use my data to train AI? Yes, your data stays yours. GrowReach's AI runs on its own infrastructure, so your comments, leads, and account data are not used to train shared models or sold. ## Will automating comments get my LinkedIn account banned? No. GrowReach operates within LinkedIn's platform policies and uses safe, human-in-the-loop engagement methods, with rate and volume safeguards to keep accounts healthy. You review and control what the AI does. ## Will I get access to future updates? Yes. To the extent that new features do not have a per-use cost, API usage, or substantial hardware/bandwidth cost, they will be included in your plan. We may update pricing, limits, and/or names of our public plans in the future, but we will always honor the plans and limits shown at purchase for lifetime deal license holders. ## Will you expand beyond LinkedIn? GrowReach is built as a specialized LinkedIn comments-to-leads agent, and that's where we're focused.
