# Common Issues

## The Chrome extension won't install

* Make sure you're using a recent version of Chrome or a Chromium-based browser.
* Check that you're signed into the Chrome Web Store with the same Google account you use for browsing.
* Try removing the extension and re-adding it from the [Chrome Web Store](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/growreach-ai-clawd-bot-gr/cifejbakemcfojncacbdakgkbhocglca).

## The extension isn't connecting to my dashboard

* Log out of the extension and log back in.
* Refresh your [dashboard](https://dashboard.growreach.app/login).
* Make sure your LinkedIn account is connected under **Settings → LinkedIn Accounts**.

## My LinkedIn account won't connect

* Re-authorize LinkedIn from **Settings → LinkedIn Accounts**.
* Check that you're logged into the correct LinkedIn account in your browser.
* If it still fails, disconnect and reconnect the account.

## Comments aren't being generated

* Check that you have targets set up (accounts to monitor and/or keywords). See [Setup Targets](/guides/setup-targets).
* Check your credit balance — generating comments consumes credits. See [Lifetime Deal Credits](/lifetime-deal/credits).
* Check your Topic Filters — posts may be filtered out. See [Topic Filtering](/features/topic-filtering).

## Comments don't sound like me

* Your [Commenting Voice](/guides/commenting-voice) configuration drives comment style. Review your tone, persona, and custom instructions.
* In Manual Mode, edit the suggestions — every correction teaches GrowReach your style.

## Auto Mode isn't posting

* Check that Auto Mode is switched on for the relevant account.
* Check your timezone settings — Auto Mode posts in your timezone.
* Check your credit balance and comment/day limits.

## I hit my credit limit

Your monthly credits reset each month. If you need more headroom, top up with add-on credit packs. See [Lifetime Deal Credits](/lifetime-deal/credits).
