Act on Your Leads
Taking action on a warm lead moves them from a name in the list to a real relationship.
Route: /leads
Two views: Grid and Kanban
The Leads page shows your leads in two views, toggled with the buttons above the list:
- Grid View (default) — the full lead cards, one per tile.
- List View (Kanban) — leads arranged in pipeline columns, so you see your funnel at a glance.
Click the List View toggle (bottom of the view switcher) to see the Kanban board.
The pipeline (Kanban view)
The Kanban board shows leads in columns by stage — each column header shows the count, e.g. New (5) · Reached Out (4) · Connected (1) · Won (1):
- New — you haven’t acted yet. The system just caught this person interacting with your automated comment.
- Reached out — you sent them a reply or connection request and are waiting for a response.
- Connected — you’re connected on LinkedIn and can DM them directly.
- Won — the lead became a customer or the deal you wanted.
- Skipped — you looked at the lead and decided they aren’t a good fit (competitor, student, or not right for you). Skipped leads clear out of your active pipeline.
You can change a lead’s stage manually at any time — from the card, or from its Reach out side panel.
Lead card actions
- View more — expand the lead’s detail: the original post (“On [Name]‘s post about …”), your comment, and the lead’s reply/reaction, plus tags and suggested next move.
- Reach out — opens the outreach side panel (see below).
The “Reach Out” side panel
Clicking Reach out opens a slide-out panel on the right with:
- Header — lead’s name, avatar, lead score, and a View profile link to their LinkedIn.
- Pipeline state switcher — move the lead between stages instantly (New → Reached out → Connected → Won / Skipped).
- Context review — the full conversation thread for reference.
- Action modules — Write a reply and Write a connection note, sent via GrowReach’s LinkedIn integration.
⚠️ To be filled by GrowReach team — the exact send-flow wording shown after submitting a reply/connection note is being finalized. Everything else on this page is current.
