How do I activate my lifetime deal?

After purchase on Rockethub you’ll receive a unique redemption code in your Order Confirmation email, along with redemption instructions. You can visit - https://dashboard.growreach.app/start/lifetime and create a new account. Then you would be asked to apply and redeem your redemption code

What if I’m not 100% satisfied?

You have a hassle-free 30-day money-back guarantee. Submit a refund request to Rockethub and they’ll process the refund. Refunds need to be requested with 30-day of purchase

Can I upgrade or change my plan tier after purchase?

No. RocketHub does not support changing or upgrading your plan after purchase, and LTD codes cannot be combined or stacked. We recommend purchasing the tier your business can grow into. If you need more capacity later, add-ons are available: extra accounts, extra seats, and credit packs.

Can I stack two purchases for more accounts?

No — per RocketHub terms, purchase codes can’t be combined or stacked. Each purchase is its own license. If you need more capacity, add accounts, seats, or credits instead.

I bought a lower tier — can I upgrade to a higher one later?

No — RocketHub does not support changing or upgrading your plan after purchase, and purchase codes can’t be stacked. We recommend purchasing the tier your business can grow into. If you outgrow your tier, add-ons (extra accounts, extra seats, credits) cover the gap.

I bought a tier but my features/limits don’t match what I paid for. What do I do?

If your account doesn’t reflect the tier you purchased, contact support and we’ll re-permission your account so your accounts, seats, prospects, topics, and credits match your plan. Activation issues are resolved as soon as your license is properly applied.

Are add-ons included in the deal, or is there a discount for deal buyers?

Add-ons are available at listed prices: extra credits, extra accounts, and extra seats. Exactly as sold to our monthly subscription customers

What happens if I hit my plan’s limits — are there add-ons, and can I buy another plan?

Your plan’s limits (accounts, seats, prospects, topics, credits) are fixed at purchase. Need more? Add-ons expand your capacity without a new license, and add-ons don’t void your LTD. Note: RocketHub doesn’t support stacking multiple purchase codes.

Can I keep my LTD while adding workspaces and team members?

Yes — you keep your lifetime deal and add capacity as you grow: extra accounts and extra seats. Team Management includes role-based access so clients can approve and edit while internal staff monitor and audit without touching brand setups.

Are the tier limits enough for my use case?

GrowReach’s tiers are sized based on real usage we’ve seen from our existing customers: accounts 1/3/5/10, seats 1/2/3/5, prospects 10/30/50/200, topics 2/9/15/30, and monthly credits 10k/30k/50k/100k. If you outgrow a tier, add-ons expand it without a new license.

Which tier is right for an agency?

Agency (399)andAgency+(399) and Agency+ (499) tiers are built for agencies: 5–7 accounts, 3–5 seats, 45k–75k credits/month, and Team Management. Agency+ if you manage a lot of clients.
